Tracking Your Order

As our goods vary greatly in size and weight, we use different carriers depending upon the goods that are ordered. You will be advised of exactly how your order will be delivered in the dispatch email that we send you.

We aim to deliver our Aluminium Bifold Doors, PVC Bifold Doors, Aluminium French Doors, and PVC French Doors within 3 – 4 weeks of the order date.

Our Pitched Roof Windows, Flat Roof Windows, Electric Roof Windows, and Flashings will be delivered between 5 – 7 days after the order date.

For our Fixings & Ancillaries, we aim to dispatch on the same working day when ordered before 2pm. However, we cannot guarantee next-day delivery on these products.

Please do not book any machinery or labour until your goods have been received.
