How long do I need to wait for delivery?

Our Bifold and French doors will be delivered in 4 weeks after order has been placed. You will be contacted by our customer care team in order arrange delivery after your order has been placed. An able bodied person will need to be available upon receipt of your project. For larger items more than one person will need to be available. You will get a call 24 hours before delivery to ensure everything is arranged accordingly. On the day of the delivery, the driver will call one hour before delivery. 

If no one is available the door will not be left and a re-delivery charge will be applicable.

Can I cancel my order?

All our doors are made to order so cannot be cancelled.

What should I do if goods arrived damaged?

Goods must be checked for damages on the day of delivery and damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours. Any missing items must be reported within 48 hours.
